One of Vegeta’s first big moments in the anime was his Galick Gun against Goku’s KaioKen Kamehameha. This card, Explosive Super Elite Vegeta, is sometimes called “PHY Galick Gun Vegeta” due to him being pulled directly from that scene. This unit used to be sub-par until he received his recent Dokkan Awakening. Although this Vegeta is strong, he is only very strong in certain situations.
Vegeta’s Leader Skill gives 3 ki and 120% to stats to the Vegeta’s Family Category. He is the second-best leader for this category (with LR SSJ4 Vegeta being the best), but he is great to have on the team if you couldn’t pull the LR, or even in addition to the LR. He also gives3 ki and 90% to stats to PHY type.
Vegeta’s passive is where things get interesting, as it makes him very good in certain situations. He gains 1 ki and 60% ATK every turn if there is a Goku’s Family Category enemy. This makes him very powerful in long battles against Goku’s Family enemies, like I said, certain situations, quite specific, but quite good. He also gives himself 6 ki and 60% DEF when HP is 60% or less. Again, this helps in longer battles.

This Vegeta is definitely a great card to use when going against any Goku’s Family unit, especially if you think that it will be a long battle. He is also a pretty decent leader if you could not manage to pull the LR SSJ4 Vegeta or STR Majin Vegeta, but if you have those units, they all work well together anyway. Vegeta also works well on an Extreme PHY team. One of the reasons that Vegeta works so well on so many teams is that he gives himself so much Ki when his health drops below 60%.
