Super Saiyan 2 Kefla (SSJ2 Kefla) is an extremely interesting card when it comes to bombarding the enemy with attacks. Just like when Kefla first appeared in DBS, she does not back down and does a lot of damage. SSJ2 Kefla is also a leader for the Potara Category, a Ki-changer, and a nuker. Kefla is definitely a well-rounded, does-just-about-everything-type, unit.
Kefla’s Leader Skill gives the Potara Category 3 ki and 150% to all stats. She is the second-best Potara leader (with LR Super Vegito being the best), but she does hold up on her own due to her passive. For one, she is a ki-changer. She changes all INT ki spheres on the field to PHY ki. Plus, she’s a nuker, meaning that she gets a boost for each ki sphere she absorbs. In this case, she gains 12% ATK and DEF per ki sphere absorbed. She also has a 25% chance to evade attacks. Lastly, but not leastly, she always launches an additional attack with a 50% chance to have it be a Super Attack. Oh, and her Super Attack lowers the enemy’s DEF.
So, as I said, SSJ2 Kefla may not have the best stats, but she can do a little bit of everything, making her very valuable. Her nuking capabilities in tandem with her ki-changing capabilities make her hit very hard. Plus, her guaranteed additional attacks allow her to do even more damage, and can really save you if the enemy evades her attack. Also, being able to dodge a quarter of attacks is always helpful.

If you manage to pull SSj2 Kefla, I definitely recommend finding a use for her on one of her teams, or even on a Super PHY team since she changes ki. Her passive is what makes her as good as she is.
